LaSalle Network is teaming up with a global technology company based in the western suburbs of Chicago looking to bring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on board.

We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities will be critical. The role offers exposure to a variety of TA projects, including branding and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal promotions and lateral moves, ensuring smooth transitions and timely communication.
• Handle part-time hiring, contractor conversions, and agency-sourced offers.
• Review and follow up on referrals missed in the system.
• Maintain and manage the TA inbox.
• Process approximately 9–10 promotions per week in a high-volume environment.
• Support future TA projects, including branding and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with RPO partners on hourly requisitions as needed.
• Utilize Oracle ATS to track and manage candidates (experience preferred).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination, preferably in large organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Quick learner, able to hit the ground running.
• Experience with Oracle ATS is a plus.
