Compensation Range:

$16.00 - 19.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Dunkin' Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development
  • Someone who focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for their team
  • A leader who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
  • A result-driven leader who has restaurant experience in: cost, inventory, and shift management
  • Someone who loves to motivate, lead and develop their team
  • The ability to effectively train others on all aspects of the restaurant's operations
  • Help your team provide a great experience by delivering legendary hospitality, great beverages and food products in a clean restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • SERV Safe Certified
