- Copy of Birth Certificate at the time of admission.
- Aadhar Card copy of Student if available.
- Parent’s Id proof.
- Cast Certificate. (For SC and ST Under Admission RTE)
- Attested copy of Final Term mark sheets/ Progress report
- Passport sized photograph (Latest Copy) – Students (5 copy), parents (1 each).
- Priority Phone numbers form to be filled with admission form.
- Original T.C.(Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate) with counter sign compulsory.
