**POSITION SUMMARY** Tool room assistant is responsible for the maintenance and inventory of supplies within the tool room. **What you'll do:** + Responsible for checking tools in and out to the field, maintenance of the tool database and inventory. + Responsible for tool repairs. + Responsible for proper billing of rental tools to the field. **What you'll need to be successful:** + Familiar with construction practices, preferably in the mechanical construction field. + Excellent organizational skills. + Computer skills , Excel, Word , Microsoft Office + Knowledge of power tools, hand tools and lifting devices. **YOU Matter** **PEOPLE FIRST: BUILDING TALENT BY DESIGN** At Southland we aspire to build a workforce that's as diverse as the people who occupy the buildings we design, build and maintain.
