Important Note:

This role is not for Data Engineers. Candidates with a primarily data engineering background will not be considered.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail- oriented and business- savvy Data Visualization & Insights Analyst to support our data- driven initiatives. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights and visualizations- not on building infrastructure or pipelines. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau ( or Amazon QuickSight), and a deep understanding of analytics and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage transactional and analytical data constructs/ structures for reporting and insight generation.
Ensure data quality, organization, metadata, and profiling standards are upheld across datasets.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Amazon QuickSight .
Automate and optimize existing workflows and data scripts using Python and Databricks .
Collaborate closely with data analysts, business analysts, and product managers to translate requirements into compelling analytical outputs.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation
Proficiency in Tableau ( or Amazon QuickSight ) for data visualization and dashboard development
Intermediate to advanced Python skills for automation and analysis
Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud- based analytics environments
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities using data

Comfortable working in cross- functional teams and translating business requirements into technical outputs
Ability to manage multiple data sources and prioritize effectively
