OVERVIEW

Work with internal CMSU field personnel to research and assimilate the required information to prepare preliminary and final site plans for all modalities. This position will be required to maintain a modality or project specialty. This position is the department representative in the New Product Introduction process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a remote home based office role, with occasional travel into our corporate HQ in Tustin, Ca. 6 months training completed in office (Tustin, Ca.) After completion of training, fully remote with requirement to attend monthly HQ meetings in Tustin, Ca. The ideal candidate would live within a reasonable commute distance to Tustin, CA. Prepare preliminary and final site plans for all modalities of CMSU equipment installations. Review preliminary and final CMSU equipment information drawings and specifications to ensure that there are no errors and omissions prior to distribution. Maintain department productivity standards for turnaround times, hours to produce site plans, and total number of plans. Plan own workload to meet customer and department expectations and requirements. Maintain and manage customer, internal and external relationships. Maintain a modality or project specialty. Investigate and resolve site-planning issues regarding assigned modality and ensure that this information is distributed within site-planning and to frontline operations. Manage site-planning requirements within the New Product Introduction process. Ensure that all data (electronic, written or other format) is recorded into required formats accurately and in the prescribed time frames. Conduct site visits for installation/applications to build and maintain knowledge of equipment specifications, technical details and clinical use. Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD software. 3D modeling (not required, preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at different stages, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. 2 Year Associate's Degree Drafting discipline or successful completion of a drafting certificate program or two years equivalent work experience. Min: 2 years site planning experience. Preferred: 5 Years site planing experience. Pay Information: Min $56,400 to Max $90,800 DOE About us!
