Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse - Maternal Child** to work at a Facility in **Tacoma, WA.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.
**Pay Rate** : $55 / hour

**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ At least 2 years of experience as a **Registered Nurse - Maternal Child** in an acute care setting
+ **Education:** Associate's degree in nursing (ASN)
+ **Work Experience:** One Year of Experience in Nursing
+ **License:** Current unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 US States and/or territories.
+ **Certifications:**
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA or ARC issued
+ Neonatal Resuscitation Provider-Advanced (NRP)
+ Fetal monitoring Certification
+ Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support (STABLE)
+ US Citizen
+ NACI background check
**RESPONSIBILTIES:**
+ Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to postpartum mothers and neonates. Experience caring for postoperative patients.
+ Obtains patient history, and pertinent family history, and advanced medical directive information. Observes, assesses, and records symptoms, reactions, and progress assist physicians during treatments and examinations; administers medication and prescribed treatments, completes admissions anddischarges, and promote convalescence and rehabilitation.
+ Manages care of patients for a wide range of procedures of an advanced nature and difficulty where there is a high risk for infection and bodily functions arc mechanically assisted by life support equipment.
+ Knowledge of the transitional care of neonates is required.
+ HCW's will be required to float within similar specialties
