Job Description

Woof’s is now hiring energetic and fun-loving people who enjoy working with animals for 30+ hours per week. This job comes with a pay rate of $12.30 - $13.00 per hour based on experience, and you can bring your pet to work! Doggy Daycare Attendants can bring up to 2 dogs for free DayPlay when they’re on duty. You’ll work with friendly teammates in a supportive, happy, work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Dog or animal experience preferred, but not required
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and bend repetitively
  • Ability to lift and carry dogs and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work while continuously on your feet showing the dogs attention and care
  • Proactively address behavior in a timely manner with approved methods. Woof’s has zero-tolerance for mishandling of animals or using non-approved animal management methods
  • Continually monitor dogs and keep the play areas free of messes by continual spot cleaning throughout the shift
  • Follow standard cleaning procedures including proper use of chemicals to ensure a safe environment for animals and people
  • Understand and follow the feeding, medication, and allergy lists to ensure that all health standards are met consistently
  • Work cohesively and respectfully with your teammates
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor in all aspects of your position including room management and customer service

Pay & Perks:
