Massage Therapist – Part-Time Location: FitWise Pilates, Mill Valley, CA (Marin) Compensation: $65–$85 per session Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week About FitWise Pilates FitWise Pilates is Marin’s premier boutique fitness studio, offering a distinctive blend of Pilates, Gyrotonic®, cardio classes, and Myofascial Release therapy. Our mission is to support each client’s journey to better health in a welcoming and empowering environment. We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness-focused team. What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
• Apply Myofascial Release and/or Lymphatic Drainage techniques (if certified)
• Educate clients about the benefits of massage and recommend ongoing treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment space
• Work collaboratively with instructors and therapists to support holistic client care

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Massage Therapist in California
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in massage therapy
• Proficiency or certification in Myofascial Release or Lymphatic Drainage (preferred)
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and maintains a professional, positive attitude
• Availability on weekends and/or mornings (up to 5 days per week)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional massage therapy certifications a plus
