Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic care, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a positive and supportive clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and therapeutic massage (based on training).
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs, goals, and any contraindications.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that support pain relief, relaxation, and functional improvement.
• Document treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner according to practice standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
• Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and follow-up care recommendations when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other wellness providers (chiropractors, PTs, MD's, etc.) to support comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong communication skills, and client-focused care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• New graduates welcome.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in medical massage, sports massage, prenatal, or other specialty modalities.
• Additional certifications (e.g., cupping, hot stone, myofascial release).
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
