As a key liaison for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications departments, you will be the first point of contact for donors and stakeholders. Your role will be essential in processing donations, maintaining donor databases, and providing exceptional supporter care.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone eager to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, event coordination, and donor relations within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
Serve as the primary contact for all fundraising inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and courteous communication
Deliver outstanding supporter care by acknowledging and thanking new and departing donors promptly
Collaborate with management and communications teams to craft and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications
Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting fundraising events, from logistics to execution
Maintain and update donor databases with a high degree of accuracy, including data entry, amendments, and reporting
Train and support colleagues on donor database management as needed
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet fundraising deadlines
Stay updated on fundraising trends and sector developments to help introduce innovative strategies
Take initiative in managing assigned tasks and proactively suggest improvements to fundraising processes
Passionate about charitable fundraising; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Energetic, creative, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
