About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Device Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling medical devices and components in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment. Your work will directly impact the quality and safety of products used by healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small and delicate components using hand tools, microscopes, and other equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform inspections and tests at various stages of the assembly process to ensure quality standards.
• Document production activities accurately and maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cleanroom protocols, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in medical device assembly or similar precision manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with small parts under a microscope for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
