Archivist Associate - Laboratory Records & Specimen Archives
Location: 54943 N Main St, Mattawan, MI 49071 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Short-Term Project | Possible Extension)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Some overtime possible; may start early at 6:00 AM; some shift flexibility)
Pay Rate: $18/hr. W2 All Inclusive

JOB SUMMARY
The Laboratory Records & Specimen Archives Associate (Archivist Associate) plays a key role in supporting the receipt, login, storage, retrieval, distribution, shipment, disposal, and documentation of materials submitted for archival purposes. This includes study records, biological specimens, and samples . The role requires strong attention to detail, compliance discipline, and the ability to work within validated archival systems to ensure accurate tracking, retention, and regulatory adherence.
