Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Senior Anaplan Model Builder and Solution Architect to provide advanced support and hands-on expertise in maintaining and enhancing our Anaplan platform. This individual will be instrumental in managing ongoing operational activities, model enhancements, and user support to ensure smooth execution of planning cycles and business reporting processes. This is a pivotal role that combines deep technical capability with stakeholder-facing collaboration to maximize the performance, adoption, and scalability of our Anaplan ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Model Maintenance

• Own and supervise scheduled data uploads into Anaplan models.

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of model rollovers and periodic planning activities.

• Provide troubleshooting and resolution of data load or model issues as they arise.

• Model Enhancement and Optimization

• Implement minor model enhancements including dashboard grid updates, formatting changes, and logic refinements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve existing models and enhance usability for end users.

• Reporting & Output Delivery

• Deliver standard and ad-hoc model outputs to business stakeholders, subject to model capacity and timing.

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Host "office hours" during key planning periods to provide real-time support to planning teams and business users.

• Support end-user testing and feedback for new model features and iterative improvements.

• Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with business partners, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable Anaplan solutions.

• Document model structures, processes, and best practices to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect and/or Certified Model Builder (required)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan model building, including design, implementation, and support

• Strong understanding of Connected Planning concepts and Anaplan's architecture

• Proven experience with data integration processes and model lifecycle management

• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Anaplan in Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales & Operations Planning

• Familiarity with Anaplan ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)

• Exposure to other EPM/CPM tools or data transformation tools (e.g., Informatica, Mulesoft, Tableau)
