Pay: Competitive Pay – Based on experience

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, every other weekend

Job Responsibilities:

Implement members activities such as: exercise classes, walking programs, birthday parties, movies, music, crafts, social recreation and other games or activities.
Work with staff to ensure the activities are well balanced and integrated with the members care plans
Plan a monthly calendar for activities and events
Keep track inventory for supplies used for activities
Post daily activities
Set up and assists with the planned activities
Inform members and care givers of the activities schedule
Book vendors for events and activities
Observe member and reports changes in behavior or health status to the nurse

Desired Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in Activities in an assisted living facility.
