We are seeking a full-time UI Designer who can provide strong initial art direction and create high-quality website designs for both B2B and B2C clients. If you thrive in crafting engaging, conversion-driven designs and can balance creativity with functionality, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop stunning UI designs for websites that align with client brands and objectives.
• Provide art direction for website projects, ensuring a strong visual identity from the start.
• Design with UX best practices in mind, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design translates seamlessly into a functional website.
• Work on both B2B and B2C projects, tailoring designs to specific audiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of web design/UI design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design work for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Experience crafting conversion-focused landing pages and full-scale websites.
• Understanding of UX principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to provide strong initial art direction and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills—you should be able to present design decisions clearly.
• A detail-oriented and strategic mindset—designing for performance, not just aesthetics.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working in a creative agency or digital studio.
• Familiarity with WordPress and how designs translate to development.
• Branding and identity design experience.
