Water Treatment Technician, will be responsible for but not limited to: Monitoring and managing Facility utilities such as UPW treatment system, water supply system, waste water treatment and other critical systems including all pumps, valves, fittings, instrumentation, piping, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES* Ensuring that all systems (WWT, WTP, RECYCLE, ETC) and equipment are functioning efficiently and performing according to established SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) to support the production process. * Play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and safe working environment. Maintain equipment records. Assist in development of SOP and LOTO procedures.* Additionally, maintain thorough records of equipment status and maintenance activities to support the efficient and reliable operation of solar panel manufacturing processes. * The role involves regular checks, timely problem resolution.* Conduct day-to-day/routine operation and control of utility systems.* Central Monitoring System operation, UPW treatment system, water supply system, and other critical systems including all pumps, valves, fittings, instrumentation, piping, etc.* Technicians responding to alarms on site and performing routine tasks to maintain system functionality* Gas / Chemical loading & unloading* Waste Chemical unloading* Water filter replacement, Clean in Place (CIP), and Clean Out Place (COP) activities* Conduct proactive inventory planning to ensure an adequate supply of chemicals for watertreatment processes.* Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and facilities areas* Monitor and adjust chemical treatment processes to meet required effluent standards.* Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, alarms, and other emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of the facility.* Assist with Inventory (Spare Part, Chemical, Consumable) Management.* Develop and implement a comprehensive spare part management system * Ensure availability of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.* Conduct proactive inventory planning to ensure an adequate supply of chemicals forWater treatment processes.* Anticipate chemical consumption patterns and adjust stock levels accordingly.* Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, air guns, IPA, cloths, vacuum, and other appliances* Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS* Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
