TRC Talent is Hiring Equipment Technicians in White, GA Job Overview:We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Shift Technicians to support equipment maintenance operations in a solar panel manufacturing facility. Technicians in this role are crucial to ensuring the reliable operation of production equipment and minimizing downtime. Schedule: Training: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM After Training: 6AM-6:30PM or 6PM-6:10AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule Pay: $24.00/hr Base + $1.00 (Night shift Differential) Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Quickly diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to maintain production flow.Monitor and manage parts inventory for timely repairs and replacements.Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance tasks and submit reports as needed.Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.Up to 5 years of experience in equipment or facilities maintenance.Ability to read and analyze electrical and mechanical schematics.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
