We are currently hiring for the position of Vice President of Global Marketing at our Boston office (on-site role). Location Boston Innovation Hub, 230 City Point, 230 3rd Avenue, 4th Floor, Waltham, MA 02451 Position Vice President of Marketing Role Overview Seeking a visionary, strategic leader to drive global marketing initiatives, enhance brand recognition, thought leadership, and customer engagement, and generate revenue growth through innovative strategies. Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Operations, managing a global marketing team. Responsibilities Support and develop company strategy aligned with vision and mission, emphasizing innovation. Ensure consistent brand messaging and build relationships with stakeholders to enhance market presence. Identify new market opportunities and create value for customers. Oversee digital marketing efforts leveraging LSIG Platform, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Build and lead a diverse, inclusive global marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation. Drive regional marketing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion. Manage global marketing budget effectively. Contribute to M&A due diligence and integration efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related; MBA or biology/biochemistry degree preferred. 15+ years of senior marketing/leadership experience in the Life Sciences industry, with proven success in global strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing, emerging technologies, and commercial processes. Inspirational leadership with experience in organizational transformation. Analytical, strategic, and outcome-oriented decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with lean methodologies, M&A, and joint ventures. This role requires 30-40% global travel. Additional Information Learn more about us through our video: We Are Leica .
