Core responsibilities include evaluating patients, designing and implementing therapy plans, conducting manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and gait retraining; documenting progress in electronic health records; collaborating with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation aides; participating in discharge planning and home program coaching; and providing mentorship to junior staff and students where applicable. This role offers pathways for professional growth, allowing you to deepen specialization in orthopedics, neuro rehab, pediatrics, or geriatric rehab through hands-on clinical variety; gain leadership experience by coordinating care across multiple sites; and expand telehealth and remote supervision competencies. Compensation and incentives are competitive: weekly pay ranges from $2,563 to $2,704, with performance-based bonuses and a transparent, timely payroll process.
