Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Acute Care / Elective SurgeryLocation: Tyler, TXJob Type: Travel ContractContract Length: 13 WeeksStart Date: ASAP (Starting on or after 06/23/2025)Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts, MondayFridayHours Guaranteed: 36 hours/week (Expectation to work up to 40 hours/week)Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hours and weekly OT after 40 hours (must be approved by director prior to working)Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract at a high-functioning elective surgery hospital. This role is ideal for PTs looking for a structured, fast-paced environment with a consistent patient population. New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply!Key Details:Setting: Acute care PT following elective orthopedic surgeriesPatient Population: Post-op, high-functioning adults with minimal comorbiditiesAverage Stay: 48 hours post-surgeryProductivity Expectation: 60 visits per weekDaily Caseload: 1214 patients/dayScheduling: Double-booking of follow-up visits is expectedFloating: No float to other clinics requiredOn-Call: None
