Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Supply Chain Contract Specialist for an exciting job in Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities
Lead sourcing, RFPs, and contract negotiations with vendors and GPOs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide alternate suppliers during shortages/recalls.
Manage contract documentation, renewals, pricing updates, and amendments.
Support buyers with pricing/contract discrepancies and maintain accurate procurement data.
Conduct supplier meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Collaborate on cost-reduction, product standardization, and process-improvement initiatives.
Analyze spend using Google tools and report cost-savings performance.
Serve as a liaison for procurement-related inquiries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
Strong project management, communication, and adaptability.
Ability to travel as needed.
CRMP required (at hire or within 12 months).
