Internship Opportunity

This internship is an unpaid opportunity for those looking to meet the requirements of their degree program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports and implements program philosophy, working closely with other personnel to ensure that each treatment interventions are appropriate for the patient.
• Maintains high quality documentation of all patient services consistent with facility policies in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines as established by facility policy and procedures.
• Maintains professional, ethical standards and all legal requirements.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide patient-centered care.
• Assists team with planning and executing special events for patients.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific physical, motor, cognitive, language and social/personality developments. 
• Adheres to all safety policies and safe work practice.
• Attends hospital safety trainings.
