Summary

This unique role pairs a small, focused caseload with opportunities to mentor an SLPA — all within a collaborative, student-centered team that values autonomy and meaningful relationships. Services can be delivered remotely or on-site depending on your preference.



What You’ll Do

• Provide approximately 207 hours of clinical supervision for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) over the school year
• Manage a caseload of about 26 students, including assessments, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and team planning as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with district support staff
• Deliver services remotely or in person, depending on your preference

• Active California SLP license
• Prior school-based experience, including IEPs and case management
• Experience supervising SLPAs or strong interest in mentorship
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (if delivering services remotely)
