As Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and more. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to grow our audience, drive engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms
Manage daily social media operations, including responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and copy
Monitor performance analytics and generate monthly reports to measure success and optimize strategy
Stay on top of social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices
Work with influencers and partners for campaigns, promotions, or collaborations
Support paid social efforts with insights and creative input
1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong portfolio of social media work, including content samples and campaign results
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar scheduling platforms
Strong understanding of each platforms best practices and audience nuances
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and brand voice
Experience managing social media for a growing startup or brand
Familiarity with paid social (Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.)
Video editing skills for Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content
Influencer outreach or campaign management experience
