Key ResponsibilitiesFabrication: Cut, bend, and shape aluminum using saws, hydraulic press brakes, and other equipment
Assembly: Align and fabricate components with precision based on detailed specifications and blueprints
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow technical drawings to ensure accuracy
Machine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal operation
Physical Labor: Regularly lift and move materials weighing between 50 100 lbs
1 2 years of hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience, or equivalent technical training
CNC machine operation
Blueprint and schematic reading
Proficiency with hand tools, presses, and clamps
Strong basic math skills (fractions, ratios, percentages)
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
