Job Description

Sioux Falls Ford is looking for reliable full-time/part-time Service Shuttle Drivers to join our team. The Service Shuttle Driver position provides customers with transport by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for enhancing the customers' positive service experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport customers either from the dealership to their intended destination or pick up customer from their location and return them to the dealership.
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills while keeping a timely shuttle route.
• Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
• Professional and courteous while engaging in conversation with the customer.
• Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
• Valet vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed.
• Follow established safety protocols; immediately report safety incidents.
• Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Maintain professional personal appearance.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual
• Solid driving and parking skills
• Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license

Must have clean driving record, excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
