About The Role:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively.
Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Maintain a visible security presence and respond to security-related incidents.
Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
Train and mentor security staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle shift scheduling, reports, and key control procedures.
Requirements
Valid SIA licence.
Proven experience in security, with a supervisory or leadership background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
Excellent report writing and computer literacy.
Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
