Now Hiring Security Shift Supervisor-West Chester, PA 

DSI Security Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated?Security Shift Supervisor to join our team in West Chester, PA. Be part of a?diverse and inclusive workplace?that values?exceptional customer service?and recognizes that its greatest asset is our employees. 

Pay: 

• $20.25/hour 

Available Schedules:

Various Shifts available

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all security personnel are performing duties effectively. 
• Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures. 
• Train, mentor, and support security officers on site. 
• Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations. 
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor. 
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Pre-Employment Requirements: 

• Must be at least?18 years old. 
• 1 year Supervisor experience 
• A valid?driver’s license?is required. 
• Must have?reliable transportation?and?communication. 
• Must pass a?background check?and?drug screening.
