7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment At least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role. Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams and Agile teams that are not software development oriented required. Experience with Agile Infrastructure and Security teams preferred. Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.) required.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of IT projects through best practices in Scrum and SAFe methodologies. The ideal candidate will facilitate all Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and manage Jira/Confluence reporting for effective stakeholder communication.
