Job Description

The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe seeks a full-time, remote Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support and enhance our mission through expert Salesforce administration, automation, and nonprofit configuration. This role will be central in advancing our communications, donor engagement, and operational systems. Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be a certified Salesforce Administrator with several years of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience, mastery of Flow Builder, and strong familiarity with Account Engagement (Pardot) for marketing automation. While Apex, LWC, and Visualforce coding skills are not required, they are considered a valuable plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce NPSP for donor and constituent management.
• Design and implement advanced automations using Flow Builder.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for lead nurturing, donor communication, and marketing automation.
• Maintain data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and ongoing data hygiene.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with staff to translate ministry needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
• Where needed, develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce (if within candidate's skillset).

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• 3+ years of hands-on NPSP experience (required).
• Extensive Flow Builder experience (required; must be able to design and implement complex automations).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data model.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, data management, and integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Account Engagement (Pardot) configuration and optimization experience (strongly preferred).
• Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development experience (a plus).
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator.
• Experience working with nonprofit or faith-based organizations.
