We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Certified Business Analyst for a client engagement in Omaha, NE. This position is ONSITE requiring 5 days a week in the client's office.
Key Responsibilities
Own the ideation, documentation, enhancement, and delivery of Salesforce business processes and solutions.
Drive business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration within Salesforce Core Clouds.
Partner with client subject matter experts and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable user stories.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and maintain high quality.
Communicate effectively to clarify priorities, direction, and status with client teams.
Required Qualifications
Independent, self-starting problem solver with a passion for Salesforce and business analysis.
Senior-level experience with Salesforce platform and business analysis.
Skilled in Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and configuration.
Proficient in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Required).
Salesforce Certified Admin (Preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in business analyst roles, preferably with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Advanced knowledge of business process mapping and technical documentation.
Proven track record collaborating with diverse business stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
