**The Opportunity:**
Saint Luke's Hospice House is looking for an RN to provide end of life care and symptoms management to patients outside their home.
**The Work:**
+ PRN Swing
+ Provides direct nursing care to patients with terminal illness.
+ Management and coordination of care to include both the patient and family.
+ Completes initial assessment of physical, emotional, and spiritual status.
+ Aggressive pain and symptom management, including frequent medication administration and adjustments. Management of IV infusions and titration of drips.
+ Provides education and support related to end of life and imminent death.
+ Open, sensitive, and non-judgmental presence accepting of different beliefs, cultures, and values.
+ Uses electronic documentation to describe symptoms, interventions, physical assessment, education and support provided

**Job Requirements**
Applicable Experience:
Less than 1 year
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
Associate Degree
