This is a fantastic role for someone starting out or growing in the fields of Recruiting, Business, or Sales. As a Recruiter, you will be essential in matching client needs with top-quality candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Process employee applications and ensure all new hire paperwork is complete (application, I-9, W-4, direct deposit, health benefits, client onboarding documents)

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, identify candidates, update employee records, and manage onboarding

• Leverage recruiting tools including job posting platforms and text messaging software

• Conduct pre-employment qualifications such as background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certifications

• Actively engage candidate leads to build a strong talent pipeline

• Network and establish relationships to source top candidates

• Create accurate, compliant job descriptions

• Review resumes, conduct pre-screening and second interviews, and assist candidates with resume creation when needed

• Write submittal paragraphs highlighting candidate qualifications discovered during interviews

• Coordinate and schedule client–candidate interviews, providing coaching as necessary

• Extend job offers and negotiate terms when appropriate

• Support payroll processes, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution

• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Proven experience in recruiting (staffing agency or in-house) or customer service

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution and working with diverse backgrounds

• Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) with intermediate computer skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations based on client needs

Pay

$19.00–$22.00 per hour DOE + commissions + bonus opportunities

Schedule

Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
