We're searching for an Receptionist / Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
