We are seeking full-time receptionist. No prior experience is required as we have a formal on-boarding/training program as well as weekly office meetings (breakfast provided!).

Main Responsibilities of a Receptionist:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scanning Insurance Cards
• Verifying Insurance
• Answering Phones
• Routing/Forwarding Phone Calls
• Scheduling Appointments
• Checking E-mail
• Sending Mail
• Selling Contact Lenses 
• Dispensing Glasses and Contact Lenses to Patients
• Copying, faxing and performing other administrative tasks
• Handling a variety of administrative support tasks
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Keeping the reception desk and area clean and well-organized

Roswell Eye Clinic is a 6 Doctor Optometry (eye doctor) office. Our office practices full scope optometry including comprehensive eye exams, treatment of eye disease, vision therapy, specialty contact lens fits for eye disease (such as keratoconus), surgical co-management and minor surgical procedures. Of course, we also sell contact lenses and glasses for all budgets.
Candidate should be a self-starter, adaptable, able to multitask, a good communicator and detail oriented. No prior experience is required as we have a formal on-boarding/training program as well as weekly office meetings (breakfast provided!).

Rotary is a service club that provides tremendous impact on those in need in our community by putting “Service Above Self.” All Roswell Eye Clinic doctors participate in the InfantSee program. The InfantSEE program is a public health program that provides a no-cost comprehensive eye and vision assessment for infants 6-12 months old without access to insurance coverage. For each frame sold from our eyewear line Lenox, we donate to Angels Among Us Pet Rescue which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to saving dogs and cats from high-kill shelters in north Georgia.
