**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced **React Native Developer** to join our team. This role requires someone who can build and maintain mobile applications for **both iOS and Android using pure React Native** (we do **not** use Expo).
**Requirements:**
* Must own and work on a **Mac** capable of building and deploying iOS apps
* Strong experience with **pure React Native** (no Expo)
* Ability to build, test, and deploy mobile apps for **both Android and iOS**
* Proficiency with debugging, performance optimization, and writing clean, reusable code
* Familiarity with native modules and third-party integrations
* Experience with Git and modern development workflows
* Good communication and ability to work independently in a remote team
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play
* Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus
**Compensation:**
Starting at **$5/hour**, with potential increases based on performance and long-term fit.
