Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Rockford, IL. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance program, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, managing quality control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. The Quality Manager will also analyze data, prepare reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.



Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes
• Experience with quality management systems and industry standards such as ISO 9001
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using quality measurement tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
