Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by this position. - Backup support for Quality Assurance Manager
- Specialty account audits
- IRA/HSA transactions and file audits
- Deceased account review and follow up
- POA and death certificate Review and approval
- Maintain POA Queue
- Maintain account update queue in Keystone
- Maintain Compliance Escalated Review and Specialty Account Final Review queues in Meridian Link
- Branch support for IRA/HSA and Compliance
- Maintain OFAC Check queue
- Basic compliance functions like OFAC review, Dormant account review, NSF Fee and CD change report
- Assumes responsibility for the Credit Union’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and policies.
- Conducts any compliance-related investigations.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
