We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Office. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in project management principles and a desire to grow within a dynamic casino and hospitality environment.
The Project Manager will work under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager and support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across departments including Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Gaming, and Retail. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to apply their PMI-certified skills in a hands-on, enterprise setting.
Additionally, You'll - Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate tasks and support communications among cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
- Help track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Facilitate vendor coordination, status updates, and basic contract administration under supervision.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project governance efforts.
- Learn and adopt internal project management tools and best practices.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Hospitality, IT, or a related field preferred.
- At least one current certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), such as CAPM or PMP.
- 0–2 years of relevant project coordination or management experience; internship or co-op experience acceptable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities.
