Project Manager – Drywall & Metal Stud Framing
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (DOE)

An experienced and results-driven Project Manager is needed to oversee commercial drywall and metal stud framing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Oversee contract negotiation, compliance, and cost control.

Ensure job site safety and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in drywall and metal stud construction.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

Proficient with Microsoft Office, On-Screen Takeoff/Quick Bid, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat.

Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and project documentation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with union project environments is a plus.
