We are looking for a Product Manager with a keen sense of the financial markets and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, engineering, and business, driving the development of features that respond to market trends and user needs.
Job Responsibilities:
· Participate in the planning and execution of key trading platform features, ensuring
seamless order placement, execution, and post-trade processes.
· Enhance core trading functionalities, including order management, execution quality,
risk controls, and settlement workflows.
· Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and other relevant regulatory requirements,
incorporating best practices into product development.
· Work closely with developers, researchers, and data analysts to solve complex
business problems and optimize trading processes.
· Collaborate with technology teams on process design, workflow optimization, and
data management to enhance system performance.
· Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to contribute to
product iteration and improvement.
· Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for product
optimization.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a stock trading platform, brokerage firm, or financial technology company.
· Strong understanding of the U.S. equity markets, trading mechanics, and securities regulations, including SEC and FINRA rules.
· Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: trade execution, risk management, clearing & settlement, and order routing.
· Experience with brokerage account lifecycle management, including onboarding, deposits, and withdrawals.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision- making.
· Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with API-based trading, FIX protocol, or algorithmic trading is a plus.
· Experience working with clearing firms or self-clearing broker-dealers.
· Exposure to options, futures, or crypto trading platforms.
· Knowledge of financial compliance frameworks, including KYC/AML.
