We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to support enterprise-level IT service management operations. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about process optimization and operational excellence within a public sector or complex organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize existing state-level or enterprise processes
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable process workflows
• Provide documentation and guidance for process enhancements
• May contribute to system requirements documentation to support improved technical solutions

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience evaluating and improving business/IT processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify root causes and propose actionable solutions
• Effective communicator and skilled in facilitating change across teams

Preferred:

• Experience specifying software/system requirements to support redesigned or improved processes
