We are currently seeking a Preconstruction Manager for a well-established General Contractor in Chicago, IL . Key Responsibilities:

* Lead preconstruction efforts on projects, including conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability analysis, value management, BIM, procurement, and transition to the construction team .
* Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
* Maintain and develop strong subcontractor relationships and stay informed on regional and national market trends .
* Actively participate in industry organizations and support business development efforts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Chief Estimators, Regional Managers, and other leadership to allocate resources effectively.
* Provide direction and oversight to preconstruction team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and project objectives.
