We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Podiatrist to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, focusing on both preventive and therapeutic measures.
This role involves working closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, to diagnose and treat various podiatric conditions.
The Podiatrist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties:

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' feet and lower limbs to assess their condition.
Diagnose and treat a variety of podiatric issues, including injuries, infections, and chronic conditions.
Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
Perform necessary procedures such as minor surgeries, wound care, and orthotic fittings.
Collaborate with other medical professionals in the hospital setting for discharge planning and integrated patient care.
Educate patients on foot health, preventive measures, and proper footwear choices.
Stay updated on advancements in podiatry practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution.
Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients clearly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and coding.
