Patient Care Coordinator

This person will be the first face that our patients would see everyday, and with that we want someone who will make our patients feel like they've known them forever.

We need someone who is excited to come in each day to love our patients and support each other as a team.

Duties:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and update medical information.
• Assist with administrative support tasks as needed.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up on patient care.
• Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Experience:

• One year previous experience working in a dental office is preferred. Knowledge of major dental insurance is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping.

Compensation will be based on years of experience and skill level. Candidates new to the dental field will start under a structured training pay scale until core competencies are achieved.
