What We Offer: 1:1 Aide-to-client ratios for personalized care Flexible schedule to support a healthy work-life balance Opportunities for skill-building through online training and continuing education units (CEUs) Tuition discounts available through Rasmussen University to support your educational goals As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care and support to help seniors live safely in their own homes Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship Supporting clients with ambulation, transfer, and range of motion exercises Reminding clients to take their medications, documenting their conditions, and reporting any concerns to a supervisor Ensuring a safe living environment by keeping pathways clear Engaging clients in enjoyable activities such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies Requirements: At least six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role is preferred Current CPR certification Proof of Covid-19 vaccination Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation A compassionate attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
