The Parking Supervisor is responsible for providing our guests with a welcoming first impression. This position is one of the first to interact with Jay Peak Resort guests while offering enthusiastic teamwork, amazing guest experience and an attitude of constant improvement and excellence. The Parking Supervisor will be required to plan, supervise and coordinate daily operations of parking by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)

  • Plans, supervisors and coordinates daily operations under the direction of their manager.
    • Includes the drop-off zone, bus parking and employee parking.
  • Sets up and takes down cones, barricades, signs, etc used in directing traffic and parking lots.
  • Supervises and assists with morning and evening set up for traffic flow and parking.
  • Monitors parking and traffic through the day and makes adjustments as necessary.
  • Utilizes a high level of skill to plan the daily set up and tear down of parking lot delineator cones.
  • Maintains and monitors traffic flow requirements of several guest parking areas.
  • Directs all vehicles to appropriate parking areas or drop-off destinations.
  • Answers guest questions regarding resort amenities and provides exceptional guest service.
  • Checks vehicles for appropriate employee parking permits.
  • Assists with and serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
