**What You’ll Do:**
* Manage a dynamic calendar, inbox, and client follow-ups
* Support logistics for coaching programs, live workshops, and team meetings
* Handle light marketing tasks like posting content, uploading blogs, and organizing digital assets
* Act as the gatekeeper, organizer, and problem-solver in a fast-moving environment
**Must-Haves:**
* 2+ years of experience as a virtual/online assistant
* Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Zoom, and project management systems
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
* Professional, proactive, and able to keep up with multiple moving parts
