Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Chief Psychologist, the Office Services Supervisor II (General) is responsible for organizing, directing and supervising the Mental Health Tracking System, the Reception Center Mental Health Screening System and the Clark Developmentally Disabled Automated Tracking System as well as support staff associated with the programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Either I

One year of experience in California state service performing duties of a class with a level of responsibility equivalent to Office Technician.

Or II

Three years of clerical experience, at least one year of which shall have been in a responsible position performing a variety of difficult clerical work or supervising the work of a small group of employees. (Experience in the California state service applied toward the specialized one-year requirement must be performing duties of a class with a level of responsibility equivalent to Office Technician.)

Candidates new to CDCR/CCHCS are required to submit a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
